Tips for this trip
- Express minibuses along the new León highway; they arrive at La Terminal, León's main bus station, a short taxi ride from the historic centre.
- Faster and more comfortable than the local bus, for a few córdobas more.
- Since July 2026 they leave from a temporary terminal on Pista UNAN, 300 m south of the Rigoberto López Pérez traffic lights, while the roadworks on Pista Héroes de la Insurrección are finished. City bus routes 106, 111, 117 and 168 stop there.
- The minibuses are signed “Casimiro Sotelo”, the new name of the UCA.
